(T-NR-E) The Base Bid Project consists of a Multipurpose Gym, with a vestibule, two restrooms, an electrical room and 2 Storage Rooms. The general construction is a Pre-Engineered Metal Building system with CMU and Brick walls, metal wall panels, and standing seam roof. Exterior Canopies, drive, sidewalks, and exterior lighting are also included. The expansion of the gravel parking areas is also to be included in the base bid. Relocation of the existing gas line and adjacent power to be included in the base bid. The project includes one alternate. Add Alternate #1 includes all work for the connection between the multipurpose gym space and the existing gym to the south.
